I began brewing my own espresso and cappuccino with a Gaggia machine several years ago, but have never been completely happy with the results, though I had used many different highly recommended coffee brands. It was always satisfactory, but never really satisfying. I just received my first shipment of Aventura Espresso, and with the first cup I knew that I had at last found \"real\" coffee. The robustness, subtlety and depth of the fragrance and taste is totally remarkable. The color of the crema alone is a real treat -- a chocolaty, rich feast for the eyes -- and so much of it! I\'m about to try my first batch of Medium Roast beans for morning coffee. I\'m sure it will be just as good! And, the folks at Aventura are very friendly and helpful, which makes the coffee even more enjoyable!

Evaluation:

We have used this coffee for years ...There is absolutely no bitterness to this espresso and it tastes good with a little sugar or with nothing at all. It also makes a great Latte. buy this and you will be much more critical of other espresso roasts!

Evaluation:

For my machine (Saeco), this is the BEST bean ever. This produces good crema, it\'s pure foam right from the start and the crema on the coffee is dark, thick, and delicious, but the best part is the flavor and aroma. So well balanced and nutty, not acidic and not bitter. I don\'t know how it works on other machines but I love this one the most!
