I began brewing my own espresso and cappuccino with a Gaggia machine several years ago, but have never been completely happy with the results, though I had used many different highly recommended coffee brands. It was always satisfactory, but never really satisfying. I just received my first shipment of Aventura Espresso, and with the first cup I knew that I had at last found \"real\" coffee. The robustness, subtlety and depth of the fragrance and taste is totally remarkable. The color of the crema alone is a real treat -- a chocolaty, rich feast for the eyes -- and so much of it! I\'m about to try my first batch of Medium Roast beans for morning coffee. I\'m sure it will be just as good!
And, the folks at Aventura are very friendly and helpful, which makes the coffee even more enjoyable!
