Costa Rica, bounded by two world seas, offers a breathtaking wealth of flora and fauna.The Central Valley, ringed by active, dormant, and extinct volcanos, enjoys a special climate, described by National Geographic magazine as “the world’s best.” In its northern part, at the slopes of Volcan Poas, lies our farm, at 1,300- 1,400m (4,300-4,700 feet) above sea level.

The singular microclimate in this region is blessed with a dry period from December through April, ideal for growing a gourmet coffee.Humus-rich volcanic soil also ads its singular taste to the beans.These beans emerge after the blooming in May, up to the beginning of the harvest, under constant supervision by our coffee masters.
